Tesmer joins Leesburg from Flagler College (NCAA Division II Peach Belt Conference), where he continued developing against strong collegiate competition. During the 2024 summer season with Sanford in the FCSL, the right-hander made one relief appearance and tossed a scoreless inning without allowing a hit or earned run. Tesmer adds versatility and depth to the mound staff entering the summer season. Enters first season with Leesburg.
