Daniel Despaine joins the Leesburg Lightning after his freshman season at Snead State Community College. Despaine appeared in six games for the Parsons, collecting five hits, including two home runs and nine RBIs while posting a .545 slugging percentage. He brings power and potential to the Lightning lineup for his first season in the Florida Collegiate Summer League.
