Cam Hill will make his FCSL debut this season after spending the 2020 summer season with the Macon Bacon of the Coastal Plain League. Hill uncharacteristically struggled at the plate, hitting just .083 in 24 at-bats. He did, however, reach base at a healthy .290 clip and stole four bases.

As a redshirt sophomore, Hill reminded everyone what he is capable of in the 2021 season with Georgia College and State, a Division II school that plays in the Peach Belt Conference. As an everyday starter, Hill led his team in runs, walks, stolen bases, batting average, on-base percentage, and slugging percentage. He hit .350, blasted six homers, and collected 33 RBI’s, while swiping 17 bags in 18 attempts. In the 2019 season, Hill was named the conference Freshman of the Year and earned second team honors.
