Bilbao joins Leesburg after competing with the Canes organization and developing into a promising right-handed pitching prospect at Enlightium High School. At the 2024 TNXL Invitational, Bilbao recorded one of the top fastball spin rates at the event. He brings plenty of upside to the Leesburg pitching staff entering the season.
