Leesburg Lightning Cornhole Tournament Set for July 9th

LEESBURG, Fla - Summer festivities are in full swing as the Leesburg Lightning will host their second Cornhole Tournament on July 9th at Pat Thomas Stadium-Buddy Lowe Field in Leesburg, Florida. 

Check in time is 11:00 a.m. and the first toss will take place around 12:00 p.m. The cost to participate is $50 per team of two or $30 per person if you submit via early registration. If participants choose to pay in person, they will be charged $60 for a team and $35 individually. 

After the tournament concludes, the Lightning will roll into a matchup with the Winter Park Diamond Dawgs starting at 7:00 p.m. ET. Come out to play some cornhole and stay for Lightning baseball. 

First prize will take home $200, second place will receive $100 and third place will earn $50. Participants have an option to bring their own team of two or arrive solo in hopes to join a team. 

The concession stand will also be open for hot dogs and beverages for everyone to enjoy during the contest. Register for the Leesburg Lightning cornhole event here.
