Ryan Dease #18

Ryan Dease was drafted in the 4th round of the 2017 MLB Draft by the Texas Rangers, embarking on a promising professional baseball career. Three years into his career, he was diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS), a condition caused by his rib and collarbone being too close together, which would have required the removal of the first rib. Due to the risks associated with the surgery, Ryan chose to opt out, leading to the beginning of his coaching career.
Since then, Ryan has dedicated himself to coaching, nurturing young talent, and sharing his expertise. He founded the Central Florida Anglers, a travel baseball team, where he continues to make a significant impact in the baseball community.

Ryan is returning for his second year.
