...outfielder Alex Hudak (Stetson University) collected four hits in a doubleheader against USC Upstate, while RHP Lindsey Caughel (Stetson) picked up his third win allowing only one run and three hits in five innings ... infielder Nick DelGuidice (FAU) went 2-4 against Miami and leads the Owls in hitting with a .356 average... LHP Eric Katzman (University of Michigan) had a career high 10 strikeouts against IPFW picking up his third win and then picked up his fourth win in relief vs. Oakland and then his fifth win vs. Penn State raising his record to 5-2 with a 2.68 era... ...while Mike Dufek (University of Michigan) extended his career best hitting streak to sixteen games going 3 for 5 with three doubles and three RBI's and picked up his second save....Dufek also hit his 8^th home run against Pen State while teammate Allan Oaks (outfield) went 3-3 with two doubles and a home run, Dufek leads the team with 9 HR's...RHP Cory Weech (University of Central Florida) picked up his third win of the season with an scoreless inning of relief against Memphis...LHP Lee Hall (LSCC) picked up his fifth win of the season with a complete game shutout against league leading Santa Fe CC 1-0... the Lightning will open their season at home on June 3^rd against the Winter Park Diamond Dawgs.
